Hello!
I am Dr. Sonie.
Founder of Day 21 Woman. I have experienced opportunities and obstacles on my life's journey. Despite the challenges, my faith is the one thing that has kept me. Along with spiritual wisdom; I gained many lessons that I am excited to share. It is my passion to encourage and motivate women.
I'm so glad you're here and welcome you to join me and the Day 21 Woman community. I pray this community blesses you and your faith walk spiritually, personally, and professionally.

Our Journey
At the start of the new year, I would fast for 21 days to strengthen my relationship with Christ. This practice had become routine and was something I looked forward to each year. One year, the Lord placed upon my heart to invite others. I was not obedient to this calling and completed my fast (I'll be sharing more on obedience later). The next year God placed it on my heart again to invite others. This time I was obedient and used my social media page to invite family and friends. I thought if one or two people joined, that would be great. To my surprise, twelve women joined the fast and it was amazing. The next year many of those women fasted again and invited others. I also began hearing stories of breakthroughs, answered prayers, and blessings following the fast. This is when I knew God was doing something.

Day 21 Woman started with a small group of women coming together to encourage each other through prayer and fasting. Today, Day 21 Woman is a faith-based organization offering programs, products, and services to help women in their everyday living guided by Biblical principles. Our community has expanded to include women from multiple geographic locations connected through our programs, podcast, blog, annual fast, and much more.
We are a community of women empowering spiritual, personal, and professional growth with fierce unshakable faith.
